1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Content Creator,” or “you”) and Moneeys, including its owners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors (“Moneeys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, registering, uploading content to, subscribing to, or using Moneeys.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

 

2. PLATFORM ROLE AND DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Moneeys is a technology platform only.

We do not:
• create content
• endorse content
• verify content accuracy
• provide professional advice
• act as a financial institution
• act as an agent or employer of any user
• guarantee earnings, exposure, subscribers, or income

All content is user-generated and remains the sole responsibility of the Content Creator who uploads it.

 

3. NO GUARANTEE OF INCOME OR SUCCESS

Moneeys makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• income
• subscriber numbers
• visibility
• popularity
• discoverability
• monetisation success

Any earnings examples are illustrative only and do not constitute promises.

You expressly acknowledge that financial outcomes depend entirely on the Content Creator.

 

4. CONTENT CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creators are solely responsible for:

• the legality of their content
• intellectual property ownership
• permissions and releases
• accuracy of statements
• compliance with laws in their jurisdiction
• taxes, reporting, and financial obligations

Moneeys does not pre-screen content and is not liable for user submissions.

 

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following are strictly prohibited:

• nudity, sexual acts, or pornographic material
• sexually explicit content
• exploitation or abuse
• hate speech or incitement
• illegal activities
• impersonation
• fraud or deception
• content violating religious or faith-based standards as determined by Moneeys

Moneeys reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access without notice.

 

6. CONTENT MODERATION AND TERMINATION RIGHTS

Moneeys may, at any time and without liability:

• remove or restrict content
• suspend or terminate accounts
• refuse service
• block payments
• reverse access

This includes situations where content may be lawful but inconsistent with platform values or risk tolerance.

 

7. PAYMENTS, FEES, AND PROCESSORS

Moneeys uses third-party payment processors including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, and other providers.

Moneeys does not store payment details.

Payment disputes, chargebacks, and processor decisions are governed by the respective processor’s terms.

Moneeys is not responsible for:
• payment delays
• processor outages
• account freezes
• currency conversions
• bank rejections

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

8. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Moneeys does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or browsers.

Downtime, maintenance, upgrades, or technical failures do not constitute breach of contract.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CRITICAL)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneeys shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• consequential damages
• loss of profits
• loss of data
• loss of reputation
• emotional distress

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Moneeys in the preceding 30 days, or USD $100, whichever is lower.

 

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moneeys from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from:

• your content
• your conduct
• your subscribers
• intellectual property disputes
• violation of laws
• breach of these Terms

This survives account termination.

 

11. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Content on Moneeys does not constitute financial, legal, medical, religious, or professional advice.

Users rely on content at their own risk.

 

12. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, not in court.

You waive:
• jury trials
• class actions
• collective actions

Disputes must be brought individually.

 

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

14. FORCE MAJEURE

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moneeys.
